In September 2017 Hurricanes Irma and Maria tore through the tiny island of Vieques, Puerto Rico a US territory leaving in its wake, hundreds of severely damaged and completely destroyed homes and businesses.

Hope Builders, NGO's, local, state and federal agencies are working together to repair and rebuild homes and lives.
